Thank you for shopping at Fangshui. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.

1. Right to Cancel

  • Customers in the EU have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@fangshui.store within the 14-day period.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The goods must have been purchased directly from https://fangshui.store.

  • The goods must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods that are customized or made-to-order.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods returned in a damaged, used, or incomplete condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Returning Goods

  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

  • Items have to be returned to the same address they have been sent from

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Refunds cannot be issued without proof of return or receipt of the goods.

  • If the item is returned within 14 days without a cause, buyer pays for the returning shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of the order are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered).

  • Fangshui is not a VAT-registered business. No VAT is charged on purchases, and therefore no VAT will be refunded.

  • Due to technical limitations of our website provider, invoices may show a symbolic tax rate of 0.001%. This is for system purposes only and does not represent VAT collection.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
